2011 Program Timeline

July - October 2010	Program promotion and awareness campaign.
October 22, 2010	Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Companies will receive an invoice within 15 days. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
October 27, 2010	A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email address for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is October 29th (online option only). Deadline to submit customization requests (optional). Deadline to submit requests for alternate language surveys (if applicable).
October 29, 2010	Deadline to submit your company’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).
October 29, 2010	A Web link for the Best Companies Group employer questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.
November 5, 2010	Paper versions of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are mailed to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).
November 12, 2010	Completed employer questionnaires (EQ) are due.
November 19, 2010	Online version of the employee survey is sent via email (online option only).
December 1, 2010	Deadline for all paper versions of the employee survey (paper option only).
December 10, 2010	Deadline for all online versions of the employee survey (online option only).
January 17, 2011	Best Companies Group prepares and issues congratulatory and non-winner letters to the participants. Letters are scheduled to be placed in the mail this day.
February 2011	The Employee Feedback Reports are sent to participating companies.
April 2011	The "Best Companies to Work for in New York” rankings will be announced at a gala event. The winners will also be featured in a statewide publication.
