Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Companies will receive an invoice within 15 days. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. This is the last day to withdraw from the program without having to pay the withdraw fee.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email address for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is October 12th (online option only).

Deadline to submit your company’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).
